​1. Before purchasing a Gift Card from the service provider Ropejumping.lv, the Buyer must familiarize himself with these Terms of Use of the Gift Card.

2. By purchasing a Ropejumping.lv Gift Card, the buyer becomes a Gift Card user and, by purchasing the Gift Card, confirms that he is familiar with these Terms and conditions of Use of the Gift Card, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.

3. Ropejumping.lv Gift cards can only be purchased electronically on the Ropejumping.lv website www.ropejumping.lv.

4. The Ropejumping.lv Gift Card is valid and usable from the moment it is issued to the Buyer, and the Buyer has paid its nominal value.

5. The buyer can purchase Ropejumping.lv Gift cards with a nominal value of EUR 80.- (eighty euros) and EUR 150.- (one hundred and fifty euros).

6. The following information is indicated on the Ropejumping.lv Gift Card: Name of the Gift Card, denomination of the Gift Card, identification number of the Gift Card (represented by letters and numbers) and other information necessary for the proper notification of the Buyer or the performance of the Gift Card functions.

7. The Ropejumping.lv Gift Card can only be used for the services of the Ropejumping.lv service provider throughout Latvia.

8. Ropejumping.lv Gift card cannot be used more than once - it must be used in one shopping trip.

9. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift card, the balance is not paid back. If the purchase amount is greater than the value of the Gift Card, the difference can be paid extra.

10. Ropejumping.lv Gift card validity period – 24 months from the moment of issue. It is possible to extend the validity period of the gift card for a year for 20,- eur.

11. Taking into account the privacy of the Ropejumping.lv Gift Card user, information about the Gift Card user is not collected, however, such information may be requested if it is necessary in accordance with the requirements of legal regulations and the Gift Card user/buyer is obliged to provide it.

12. The user of the Ropejumping.lv Gift Card is responsible for the storage and preservation of the Gift Card. Lost Gift Cards are not renewed and cannot be suspended (blocked) or cancelled. This clause also applies to Gift Cards that are stolen or otherwise unlawfully taken from the Gift Card user.

13. The user of the Ropejumping.lv Gift Card, when transferring the Gift Card to another person (gifting, selling, etc.), undertakes to inform the future Gift Card user of these Terms of Use of the Gift Card.

14. A person who has taken over a Ropejumping.lv Gift Card becomes a Gift Card user and certifies that he has read these Terms of Use of the Gift Card, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.

15. The Gift Card of the service provider Ropejumping.lv is not personalized, any person in possession of the Gift Card is considered a Gift Card user.

16. The service provider Ropejumping.lv has the right not to accept the Gift Card for payments if it is damaged, it is not possible to read the identification number or if there is a reasonable reason to believe that the Gift Card is fake. In this case, the legal user of the Gift Card must contact the Administration of the service provider Ropejumping.lv by phone +371 29852985.

17. Information about Gift Cards is available by calling the service provider Ropejumping.lv on +371 29852985, at the time of purchase of the Gift Card on the website www.ropejumping.lv 

18. Ropejumping.lv Gift card cannot be exchanged for money.
